  2. You share what you want to feel or change in the next phase

  3. I recommend your best next step based on your body and schedule

  • A private, high-touch Pilates container built for precision, consistency, and real results. Limited to 4 clients per cycle.

    This is outcome-driven coaching, not drop-in training. Most people don’t need more workouts—they need clear feedback, the right progression, and a system that makes progress repeatable. That’s exactly what we build in eight weeks.

  • A complimentary 45-minute call for clients interested in the VIP 8-Week Immersion. We’ll clarify your goals, review what’s been holding you back, and make sure we’re the right fit—communication style, expectations, and schedule. You’ll leave with clarity on your best starting point. If it feels aligned, I’ll invite you to enroll and we’ll schedule your Week 0 planning session.
