Grip socks, always. They are mandatory. Form-fitting clothing is best, the more I can see, the better I can correct and make adjustments. The tighter your outfit is to your body, the easier it is for me to spot movement patterns and make precise corrections so you get personalized feedback.

Your first session is both exploratory and educational. I observe how you move, assess baseline strength, mobility, and alignment, and introduce the principles that will guide our work moving forward. From there, we establish a clear program direction and a consistent rhythm.

ELOA is a reserved-time practice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are charged in full. Missed appointments and no-shows are charged in full. This policy protects the integrity of a limited schedule and the reality of reserving studio time.

Pilates is often the best next step once you have been discharged from physical therapy, cleared for exercise, and your symptoms feel stable. This is where we shift from “getting better” to building the consistency, control, and strength that helps results last. If you are unsure about readiness, recently injured, or actively flaring, I recommend getting clear guidance from your PT or medical provider first.

ELOA is a private concierge practice built on precision, personalization, and intentional care. Sessions are never rushed or interchangeable. Your time is reserved exclusively, your plan is specific to your body, and your progress is supported through consistent structure, not quick fixes.

Pilates can be highly effective when the real need is improved movement organization, alignment, and load distribution. Many recurring issues are not solved by adding more exercises. They improve when the body learns a cleaner pattern, builds endurance in the right support system, and stops defaulting to compensation.
