This process is designed to help you understand what your body needs, follow a clear plan, and build steady, repeatable progress without overwhelm. Each step guides you forward so you know exactly what to do, what to expect, and how change will happen.

  • A short, personalized conversation to open the door. We’ll talk through what you’re looking for, what’s been getting in the way. I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions to understand your goals and confirm how I can best support you, then guide you toward the most appropriate next step; most often your first session. And if I’m not the right fit, I’ll be honest and help point you in the right direction.
