  • Our packages are built around your goals, schedule, and the consistency required to create real change. After your first session, if you’d like to continue with a package, I’ll recommend the right session length and cadence and provide a personalized package quote so you’re never guessing from a menu.

    Most clients choose a monthly reserve or a goal-based package to maintain momentum, secure priority scheduling, and follow a clear plan of progress. Depending on session length and frequency, packages may include a preferred per-session rate (up to 15% savings), confirmed individually once we align on the best approach for your body and your timeline.
